Nothing we publish is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any asset. You trade entirely at your own risk and discretion.

1. What 1021 is

1021 is a subscription that delivers automated trade signals to a private Telegram group. Signals are generated by an algorithm scanning Bybit USDT perpetual futures and include a suggested entry, stop and trailing target. We do not place trades for you, hold your funds, or have access to your exchange or wallet. You execute every trade yourself, at your own size and discretion.

2. No financial advice & no guarantee

Signals are informational and educational only. We are not a licensed broker, financial adviser, or money manager.
No outcome is promised or guaranteed. Past performance — including simulated or hypothetical results shown on this site — does not indicate or guarantee future results.
Performance figures shown are from a simulated model account with modelled fees and slippage; your real results will differ based on execution, timing, sizing and fees.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting profit or loss.

3. Membership & billing

Membership is $199 per month, billed through PayPal until you cancel.
Access is for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling or redistributing signals is not permitted and may result in removal without refund.
You can cancel anytime from your PayPal account. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period; it does not renew after that.

4. 7-day money-back guarantee

Not satisfied in your first 7 days? Email hello@1021.today from your PayPal email within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to your first billing period only. After day 7, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future billing at any time.

5. Access & delivery

Immediately after payment you'll reach a welcome page with a link to request access to the private Telegram group. Requests are approved against confirmed payments — normally within an hour, same day at the latest. If you have any trouble joining, contact hello@1021.today from your PayPal email. We may remove members who breach these terms or whose payment is reversed or charged back.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1021 and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the signals or this site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service and, where eligible, claim the 7-day refund above.
